This privacy policy applies to the InstaSavvy app (herein referred to as "Application") created by Nyxel Software Developer as a Free service with optional Premium features. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information automatically via third-party services. We do not personally collect or store any of your private data (such as name, address, or contacts) on our own servers.
For a better experience, while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

2. Login and Account Sessions
The Application allows users to log in to their Instagram accounts via an in-app WebView browser.
- No Password Storage: We do not store your Instagram passwords. All login sessions are handled securely through official WebView cookies stored locally on your device.
- Cookie-Based Sessions: Session cookies are saved on your device to keep you logged in. You can remove them at any time by logging out or clearing app data.
- No Server Upload: Your login credentials and session data never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
- Multiple Accounts: The Application supports managing multiple Instagram accounts. Each account's session is stored locally and independently on your device.
3. Media and Files Access
The Application requires access to your device's storage to save downloaded media.
- Storage Permission: On Android 11 and above, the Application requires "All Files Access" permission to save and manage downloaded content. On older Android versions, standard storage permission is used.
- Local Processing: All file operations (downloading, viewing, sharing) are performed locally on your device.
- No Uploading: We do not upload your photos or videos to any external server. Downloaded content is only saved to your chosen local directory.
- User Control: You can revoke storage permissions at any time through your device settings.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Application offers Premium features including VIP Access (Remove Ads and Unlimited Accounts).
- Available plans include 24-Hour Pass, Weekly Access, Monthly Access, Yearly Access, and Lifetime VIP.
- All financial transactions and payment data are handled exclusively by the Google Play Billing System.
- We do not have access to your credit card information or bank details.
- We collect anonymous purchase history data via Google Play to verify your Premium status across your devices linked to the same Google Account.
5. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.
6. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. Additionally, the in-app WebView uses cookies solely to maintain your Instagram login session, which is stored locally on your device.
7. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Application that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
8. Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The Application uses encryption to protect sensitive data, and access to data is restricted to authorized personnel. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
10. Intellectual Property and Responsible Use
InstaSavvy is designed to help users manage their own Instagram accounts and save publicly available content.
- Users are responsible for using the Application in accordance with applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Service.
- The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
- We respect intellectual property rights and encourage users to only download content for personal use.
- Do not use this Application to violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
11. Pre-registration Promotion Terms and Conditions
By pre-registering for the Application on the Google Play Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the promotional reward:
- Eligibility: This promotion is open exclusively to users who successfully pre-register for the Application on the Google Play Store during the official pre-registration campaign.
- The Reward: Eligible pre-registered users will receive a one-time free promotional item: "One Day Ad-Free Reward", which grants 24 hours of ad-free status in the Application.
- No Cash Value: The reward is strictly promotional, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, subscriptions, or other in-app products.
- Redemption: The reward will be automatically distributed via the Google Play Billing System. To claim the reward, you must download, install, and open the Application for the first time on a device linked to the same Google Play account used during pre-registration.
- Campaign Expiration: The reward must be claimed by launching the Application within 30 days of its official public release. Unclaimed rewards after this period may expire.
- Limitations: Limit of one (1) Pre-registration Reward per Google Account.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
